Landscape Installation Crew Leader
What You'll Do
- Lead, train, and support a small landscape installation crew
- Complete and oversee landscape installation projects from start to finish
- Install plants, turf, mulch, patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other softscape/hardscape elements
- Read and follow landscape plans, site layouts, and project instructions
- Plan daily tasks, tools, equipment, and materials
- Operate equipment safely, such as skid steer, trencher, compactors, and other landscape construction tools
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Track hours, materials, and basic project documentation
- Communicate project updates, needs, or issues to the Operations Manager
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of landscape installation, hardscape, construction, or outdoor project experience
- Previous crew lead, foreman, or team lead experience preferred
- Strong landscape technicians who are ready to grow into leadership are encouraged to apply
- Experience with planting, grading, mulch, turf, patios, walkways, or retaining walls
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including bending, kneeling, digging, and operating tools/equipment
- Organized, reliable, safety-focused, and able to adjust in a fast-paced field environment
- Valid driver's license required
- DOT card, equipment certifications, irrigation knowledge, or bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
