LANDSCAPE INSTALLATION CREW LEADER

About the role

Mullin is looking for talented team members to help meet the demands for this growing division.

Responsibilities

• Be 21 years of age or older
• Use your landscaping experience and people skills to be an effective team member
• Ready to work hard in weather conditions (heat, cold etc.)
• Interact with clients and assure client satisfaction
• Manage a team of two or more employees
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The use of heavy equipment is a plus (i.e. skid steers, excavators, etc.)
• Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage, and other landscape-related trades is required
• A solid work ethic and good teamwork skills
• Skills in various gardening techniques and equipment
• High school degree or GED is preferred
• Have a valid driver license and a clean driving record
• Able to read and write
• Must have the minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or construction
• Horticulture knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, mulching
