About the role

Landscape Installation Crew Leader Maxalea Landscaping | Baltimore, MD Pay: $22–$28/hour, based on experience Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Growth Opportunity

What You'll Do

- Lead a landscape installation crew on daily job sites - Install plant material, mulch, soil, sod, drainage, edging, and other landscape features - Read work orders, site plans, and daily instructions - Operate landscape tools and equipment safely - Keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards - Train, guide, and motivate crew members - Communicate job progress, material needs, and site concerns to management - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site - Ensure work is completed on time and according to company standards

What We're Looking For

- Previous landscape installation experience required - Prior crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred - Ability to lead a small crew in the field - Knowledge of planting, mulching, grading, sod, and general landscape installation - Ability to operate common landscape tools and equipment - Valid driver's license preferred - Reliable transportation - Strong work ethic and attention to detail - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Ability to lift, bend, stand, walk, and perform physical work throughout the day
