In this role, you'll help clients to envision stunning landscapes and guide them through every step of their landscape project, while bringing their vision to life!

Responsibilities

• Managing client satisfaction and retention
• Maintaining open communication between the client and the company
• Cross-selling and upselling of the company's full set of landscape services

Requirements

• Account management and/or sales experience in the landscape/green industry
• Supervisor experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Client-focused and driven to deliver exceptional client service and satisfaction
• Ability to achieve sales and client satisfaction goals
• Ability to manage the quality of work and communication between the team and our clients

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Proficiency in project management and budgeting
• Experience in landscape construction and design
