The Land Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support and coordination to track and maintain land opportunities. This role involves preparing feasibility books and interfacing with escrow and title companies, brokers, attorneys, and various consultants. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department managers.
- Maintain and organize land acquisition files.
- Track and manage land opportunities as needed.
- Assist in coordinating and communicating with legal counsel, architects, brokers, and consultants during acquisition efforts.
