Labor & Employment Attorney (Remote)

- Job Title: Attorney – Labor & Employment Practice Group
- Location: Fully Remote
- Salary Range: $170,000 - $265,000 per year
Responsibilities
- Represent public agency and private sector clients in labor and employment litigation and counseling matters
- Manage matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and appeals
- Advise clients on personnel and employment-related issues
- Lead significant portions of litigation matters and collaborate with junior team members
- Help mentor and develop attorneys within the practice group
- Participate in practice and client development efforts
Requirements
- 5–12 years of litigation experience; labor & employment experience preferred
- Trial experience is a plus
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage complex matters and bring projects to completion
- Interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneys
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building client relationships
