About the role
Contract position, remote, 10–40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Analyze employment law scenarios to identify key legal issues and assess risks.
- Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.
- Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
- Strong relevant experience in employment or labor law.
- Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.
- Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
Pay
$100–$170 per hour.
Schedule
10–40 hours per week.
