Labor & Employment Associate - Remote (Must be living in either PA, NY or NJ)

Responsibilities

• Handle a dynamic caseload of both labor & employment and general liability
• Work from anywhere while staying connected to a collaborative, nationwide team (Must be in NY, NJ or PA)
• Choose a target between 1500-1850 hours-a rare balance of challenge and sustainability
• Lead your matters independently while benefiting from a strong infrastructure of paralegals, secretarial support, and partner collaboration

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 5-10+ years of employment litigation experience
• Active Bar in the state you reside (either NY, NJ or PA)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: Virtual Counsel (5-7 years): 160-170k, Special Counsel (8+ years up to 205k) based on experience and billable target
