About the role

We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm located in El Segundo, seeking a full-time associate attorney with 1–7 years of experience. Our litigation practice consists of approximately 90% wage and hour class actions and 10% individual employment matters (e.g., FEHA claims).

Responsibilities

• Handle wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and individual employment litigation.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Perform depositions and make court appearances.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar (required).
• 2–7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience handling depositions and court appearances preferred.
• Familiarity with California Labor Code and FEHA strongly preferred.
• Class action or PAGA experience a plus.

Pay

$125,000 – $220,000 per year.

Discretionary year-end bonus based on performance, plus annual raises.

Origination Bonus: 12.5% of fee awards without outside referral / 7.5% with outside referral.

• 401(k): Eligible after 3–6 months. Firm contributes 3% of salary.
