Requirements
- Admitted to the NY Bar and in good standing
- 3+ years of experience in employment law and/or business litigation
- Proven experience with federal and state court litigation
- Familiarity with investigating discrimination claims, drafting position statements, advising clients on employment law matters, and creating employee handbooks
Qualifications
- Strong academic credentials and top-tier legal research and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Skills
- Legal research and writing skills
- Experience with employment law and/or business litigation
- Experience with federal and state court litigation
- Experience with investigating discrimination claims
- Experience drafting position statements
- Experience advising clients on employment law matters
- Experience creating employee handbooks

Pay
Estimated $140,000 to $190,000. The estimated salary range displayed is specifically for those applicants who will perform work in New York if selected for the role and is not applicable to other locations.
