Labor & Employment Attorney

About the role

Arnold & Porter is seeking an attorney for our Labor & Employment group in our Seattle office. This is a non-partnership track position.

Requirements

• JD degree
• Five to 10 years of prior experience in employment litigation
• Excellent academic credentials and references
• Writing and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington state

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in traditional labor work including discovery, intake, drafting agency complaints and separation agreements

Pay

The salary range for this position in Washington State is $135,000 to $275,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
