Labor and Employment Attorney – St. Louis

The ideal candidate will have employment counseling and employment litigation experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to function both independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities

• Provide employment counseling and advice to clients on a variety of employment-related issues
• Represent clients in employment litigation matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies
• Prepare and review employment agreements, policies, and other documents
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations based on findings
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Write and edit legal memoranda and briefs

Requirements

• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Current active license to practice law in Missouri
