Basic Requirements For The L&E Attorney
- 4+ years of experience in employment litigation matters
- Priced in an employment practice group
- Ability to work efficiently on employment law matters with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and productive in a remote work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professionalism and commitment to client service
- Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school; Licensed to practice law
- Outstanding professional references
Position Details

- Schedule: Part-time (~20 hours per week)

Pay
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $160,000 to $210,000. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).

- In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement.
- All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance.
- A qualified 401k plan is also available.
- Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
