Labor And Employment Attorney

About the role

The Employment & Labor Associate will join a dynamic employment practice representing high-profile national clients. The role offers sophisticated, complex work across both litigation and advisory matters, with significant client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including:
• Wage and hour class actions
• PAGA representative actions
• Litigation in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration
• Provide employment advisory support, including:
• Drafting and updating employee handbooks and workplace policies
• Preparing and reviewing onboarding and separation documentation
• Advising on leaves of absence, accommodations, and disciplinary matters
• Collaborate with clients to develop practical, risk-based solutions

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of employment law experience
• Strong background in employment litigation, including wage and hour matters and PAGA claims
• Experience providing day-to-day employment counseling
• Excellent academic credentials
• Superior analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Admission to the California Bar required

Compensation

Salary range: approximately $325,000 – $365,000, depending on experience and qualifications
