Requirements

• 6+ years of employment litigation experience
• Must be Located & Barred in one of the following states: Texas, NY, NJ, Kentucky, Ohio, Georgia, Florida, Arizona, California, Washington

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in employment litigation
• Strong legal writing and advocacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
