Responsibilities

  • Handle litigation from start to finish including discovery, depositions, and motion work
  • Prepare for and attend trial as necessary

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions
  • Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively
