Responsibilities
- Handle litigation from start to finish including discovery, depositions, and motion work
- Prepare for and attend trial as necessary
- Stay current on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting legal research to ensure clients are informed and compliant
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing effective legal solutions
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively
