Responsibilities

• Provide employment counseling and litigation services to clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Advise clients on compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Represent clients in employment disputes before administrative agencies and courts
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases

Requirements

• Current active license to practice law in Illinois
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience with employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations

Pay

The salary range for this position in our Chicago office is $215,000 - $300,000. Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training and other job-related factors.
