About the role

The Innovation End-to-End Associate Brand Manager will report to the Senior Innovation Brand Manager. This role will have responsibility for transforming the way Knorr shows up in the eyes, and hearts of consumers, evolving the portfolio over the next few years, by crafting a real compelling long-term Innovation funnel within the Meal Makers and Cups categories to bring the brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

  • Your every day job will involve plenty of strategic thinking and crafting. This includes deeply understanding consumer jobs, pains and gains, creating brilliant concepts as well as crafting products using new and breakthrough technologies and formats that deliver superior benefits.
  • You will engage cross-functional teams, including R&D, SC, CMI, Finance. You will also often work with external partners, such as research agencies, world-class design agencies as well as the best flavor experts globally.
  • The scope of this role will be focused on the US. This means that you will be partnering with the Scratch Cooking local and global teams to develop and co-create Knorr’s big bet innovations within Meal Makers and Cups for 2026-2027 from concept stage through execution.
  • Lead and own creative campaign development for your specific innovation projects
  • Lead and own assigned innovation projects across multiple stages, specific responsibilities include strategy & concept development, pricing, P&L creation, innovation forecasting, and go-to-market creative development.
  • Partner with sales to develop compelling selling stories for your innovations, rooted in category growth strategy.
  • Bring what’s best-in-class on the latest innovation trends and technologies, as well as competitive products to each project.
  • Own and manage the innovation budget and resources allocated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred with 3+ years of experience in Brand or CPG marketing.
  • A creative mindset, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Has a real passion for innovation, crafting mixes that truly excite consumers.
  • Excellent oral/written and presentation skills; ability to tailor your communication style across a multitude of disciplines leadership levels.
  • Experience leading or working with large teams, with the ability to build rapport and influence cross-functional and global partners.
  • Strong track record of successful product launches.
  • Foodie/Nutrition literacy coupled with an eye for aesthetic, design, and attention for details.
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking, and building viable financial models.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred with 3+ years of experience in Brand or CPG marketing.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
