Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines as per regulations
  • Manage inventory and order kitchen supplies and ingredients efficiently
  • Collaborate with the head chef on special events and catering menus
  • Contribute to budgeting and cost control for kitchen operations
  • Promote consistency in food preparation and presentation

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a kitchen management role
  • Proven culinary skills with expertise in diverse cooking techniques
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in kitchen management software and tools
  • A solid grasp of food safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and guests
  • A relevant culinary degree or certification is preferred

Pay

A competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually
