Kitchen Manager Needed for School Food Service

Monday through Friday, day shift, 7.5 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off!

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations
• Follow recipes according to the guidelines of the NSLP
• Food preparation and cooking
• Observe that quality and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment at all times
• Maintain cleanliness
• Oversee kitchen staff and staffing needs

Requirements

• K-12 experience is a plus
• Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in schools
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team setting
