About the role
Food Service Cafe Manager needed for school food service in the Hackettstown, NJ area.
Responsibilities
- Managing the cafe operation on a daily basis.
- Cooking - food prep, cooking a variety of foods, following recipes, portion control, production standards.
- Ordering - placing orders, inventory, assist in marketing promotions.
- POS/Register - assist workers with cash collection, follow recording keeping procedures.
- Staffing - secure food service workers and substitutes.
Requirements
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6 hours daily. No weekends or holidays. Summers off.
