About the role

We seek a Keyholder to assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and developing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have retail and/or cosmetic experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
• Develop customer relationships for repeat business
• Execute short and long-term plans to support store strategy
• Maintain a neat and organized store
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Uphold standards of customer service excellence
• Work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform open and close procedures
• Train new employees
• Execute visual directives and customer service standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• Must be 18 years or older
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish or Mandarin)
• Preferred: Prior key holder experience
• Preferred: Customer service experience
• Preferred: Analytical skills
• Preferred: Basic computer skills
