About the role

This position involves assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing customer relationships. The Keyholder is responsible for executing short and long-term plans, maintaining a neat store, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Aid in achieving store sales goals and individual sales targets set by management
• Ensure superior customer service and develop repeat business
• Implement and enforce short and long-term plans to support the store's business strategy
• Maintain a neat and organized store, showcasing product and brand images
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience
• Lead in productivity and maintain regular attendance and punctuality
• Support the Store Manager in meeting sales goals
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Train new employees
• Execute visual directives, education selling tools, and customer service standards
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferred retail and/or cosmetic experience
• Previous key holder experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Communication and analytical skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin
• Physical ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.
