About the role
We seek a Keyholder to join the Kiehl’s family. This role involves assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and developing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include executing short and long-term plans, maintaining a neat store, and supporting the store’s business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals
- Develop customer relationships for repeat business
- Maintain neat and organized store
- Execute visual directives and customer service standards
- Support store’s business strategy
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Perform open and close procedures
- Train new employees
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Preferred retail or cosmetic experience
- Prior key holder experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Communication and analytical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be 18 years or older

- Must be physically capable of working on the sales floor for extended periods, walking up and down stairs, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
