About the role
Join our team in New York as a Junior Project Controls Analyst. This position supports diverse civil engineering and transportation infrastructure projects, focusing on schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule & Budget Support: Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and WBS for civil and transportation projects.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare project status reports, cost/schedule variance analyses, and dashboards for project managers and clients.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure project controls data is accurate, current, and actionable.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project tracking tools, templates, and workflows across civil and transportation project teams.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience; recent graduates with relevant coursework or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
