Junior Medical Recruiter - Remote - Nationwide

About the role

Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to support recruitment operations for physician and advanced provider positions across Vituity's 900 practices nationwide. This role focuses on candidate screening, database management, and facilitating the hiring process for new providers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all 411 facility sheets are up to date and available to update job postings
• Assist Senior Medical Recruiter with opening requisitions for new sites
• Assist with reviewing site rosters of Acquihires to determine provider rehire eligibility and hire type
• Educate Advance Provider Acquihires about Vituity and benefits plans
• Screen candidates and conduct reference checks as needed
• Send out application links and extend offers to Acquihires
• Conduct preliminary screening of Physician and Advanced Provider prospects
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, or text in a timely manner
• Identify, research, and source contacts for cold calls
• Provide site and position information to candidates and overview of Vituity as needed
• Screen candidates and work with Senior Medical Recruiter to present them to Hiring Manager
• Complete placements and move candidates forward to onboarding
• Proactively follow up on onboarding timelines and assist candidates with paperwork completion
• Send and complete reference checks through DocuSign
• Maintain and update candidate records in Taleo and Phenom; obtain reports, searches, and listings
• Set up and take notes for Risk Assessment calls for locum or Site Incentives requests
• Review application status, maintain records, and stay in regular contact with candidates
• Work with Talent Sourcing and Operations to send email/text campaigns to identify new candidates
• Stay up to date on practice sites' and Vituity's policies and procedures
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and complex internet searches
• Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
• Complete SRW calls as needed
• Special Projects as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of recent Recruiting experience required
• Experience with Taleo preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet, and database management
• Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in Recruiting
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to juggle priorities in a rapidly growing, professional, service-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills
• Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and strong follow-through with all clients internal and external

Pay

Base salary range: $29.19 - $36.49 per hour, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program based on company performance.
