Junior Medical Recruiter - Remote - Nationwide
About the role
Partner with the Senior Medical Recruiter to ensure all 411 facility sheets are up to date and available to update job postings.
Assist Senior Medical Recruiter with opening requisitions for new sites.
Avoid creating site rosters of Acquihires and determining if providers are eligible for rehire and what their hire type should be when hired.
Educate the Advance Provider Acquihires about Vituity and our benefits plans.
Avoid assisting Senior Medical Recruiters in sending out the application link and extending offers to Acquihires.
Avoid conducting preliminary screening of prospects (Physician and Advanced Providers).
Avoid assisting with the follow-up on leads via phone, email, or text in a timely manner.
Avoid identifying, researching, and sourcing contacts to conduct cold calls through.
Avoid providing site and other relevant information on open positions to candidates and providing prospects with an overview of Vituity, as needed.
Avoid screening candidates and working with Senior Medical Recruiter to present them to Hiring Manager.
Avoid completing placements and adding sites moving candidates forward to onboarding.
Avoid assisting with proactive follow up on onboarding timelines and helping push candidates when needed on completion of paperwork.
Avoid sending and completing reference checks for new providers through DocuSign.
Avoid maintaining and updating the candidate records in Taleo and Phenom.
Avoid utilizing the systems to obtain reports, searches, and listings.
Avoid setting up and taking notes for Risk Assessment calls when needed for locum or Site Incentives request.
Avoid reviewing status of applications, maintaining as necessary, and staying in regular contact with candidates.
Avoid working with Talent Sourcing and Operations to send out email/text campaigns to identify new candidates.
Avoid keeping up to date on practice sites’ and Vituity’s policies, procedures, etc. and conveying this information appropriately.
Avoid Special Projects as needed.
Avoid sources passive candidates through networking, cold calling, social media, and complex internet searches and research.
Avoid sources active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Avoid SRW calls.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of recent Recruiting experience required.
- Experience with Taleo is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite for Windows, Internet, and expertise with database management.
- Knowledge of basic Human Resource principles and best practices in Recruiting.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to juggle priorities in a rapidly growing, professional, service orientated environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong follow-through skills with all clients internal and external.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $29.19 - $36.49, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.
This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance.
