About the role
Concentra's market specific rate/range will be provided during the interview process. As a Concentra clinical recruiter, you will collaborate with hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain the best employees, while building a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements.
- Identify and attract quality candidates through traditional and non-traditional resources.
- Engage in educational partnerships and professional organizations to develop a talent pipeline of students and alumni.
- Source, recruit, and pre-screen candidates for various skill sets and positions, including contract, contract to perm, and permanent placements.
- Assess candidates to ensure their capabilities match job requirements and determine job offer details.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports.
- Monitor and audit job requisitions and candidate files, tracking applicant flow.
- Maintain trust and confidence by communicating effectively with managers, peers, and candidates.
- Participate in process improvement strategies and contribute to team projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- At least five or more years of experience in clinical recruiting, specifically in Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, or other in-demand clinical roles.
- Experience working in a multi-specialty practice, hospital setting, or locum tenens/placement firm recruiting.
- Customarily has at least five or more years of experience in clinical recruiting.
- Experience recruiting in all 50 states.
- Proven ability to self-motivate and work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
- Understanding of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, OFCCP, etc.).

Schedule
The position requires flexibility and may involve moderate travel (up to 20-30%) and occasional overnight stays. The employee will adhere to the company's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and may be reimbursed for mileage in accordance with company policies.
