Clinical Recruiter - Remote

About the Role

Location: Remote (USA)

Key Responsibilities

• Own Clinician Recruitment, from top-of-funnel applications through offer signed and activation.
• Attract and identify the very best clinical talent: To offer the best service, we only hire the most exceptional therapists; you'll need high EQ and IQ to separate the good from the great.
• Provide a 5-star clinician experience through their hiring journey, ensuring that our clinicians’ first touchpoints with Sailor Health are best-in-class.
• Manage our clinician recruitment pipelines (inbound and outbound), as well as building out new recruitment channels, managed on Ashby (our ATS).
• Launch clinical recruitment for brand new specialities, creating JDs, researching compensation, and launching interview plans.
• Develop clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria by working closely with our co-founder and Provider Growth team. Innovate on new systems and tools, whether it's new sourcing tools or clinical job sites, we are always looking to improve our systems.
