About the Opportunity:The HEALTHCARE RECRUITER role involves managing high-volume recruiting efforts to meet significant staffing demands. This position is responsible for sourcing, screening, and advancing candidates efficiently to fill multiple clinical and non-clinical roles, thereby directly contributing to the organization's ability to deliver comprehensive patient care through well-staffed remote healthcare programs. Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume recruiting activities to achieve 50 or more hires per month as neededManage a large pipeline of candidates across various clinical and non-clinical positionsScreen, interview, and move qualified candidates through hiring stagesUtilize AI-powered recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency and candidate engagementMaintain accurate recruitment records and ensure timely communicationBalance hiring speed and volume with candidate quality and job fit Requirements:Experience in healthcare recruiting, preferably in high-volume environmentsAbility to manage large candidate pipelines effectivelySkilled in using recruiting technology, including AI toolsStrong communication and organizational skills Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
