Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
- Communicate job opportunities, including assignment details, location, compensation, and benefits
- Educate candidates on the advantages of travel healthcare careers
- Maintain long-term relationships by providing customer service throughout assignments
- Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment goals to grow assignment numbers
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, account management, client service, staffing, or a metrics-driven role
- College degree preferred in business, sales, communication, hospitality, or related field
- Metric-driven, competitive, and confident with strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated leader comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, optimistic attitude with a history of success

Pay
Base salary of $50,000 with potential to earn up to $65,000 in the first year including commissions
