Job Responsibilities
Helpdesk & Systems Support:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments.
- Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests across identity platforms.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
- Support cloud services: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications.
- Maintain system health and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Document support procedures and maintain a current knowledge base.
Adobe Scripting & Python Automation:
- Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive IT and creative operations tasks.
- Develop Adobe ExtendScript and UXP scripts for Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Build automation tools that connect Adobe Creative Cloud apps to internal systems via APIs.
- Troubleshoot creative workflows and production pipelines with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, C4D, and similar.
- Assist with software deployments, updates, patch management, and scripted provisioning.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on internal tooling and integrations.
- Maintain version-controlled scripts and automation projects in internal Git.
Required Qualifications
- IT Foundations: 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education.
- Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Exposure to MDM solutions (Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, Intune) and identity management platforms (JumpCloud, Active Directory, Entra ID).
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Hands-on experience with Python for automation, workflow scripting, and tooling.
- Familiarity with additional scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, Google App scripts, or Bash is a plus.
- Working knowledge of APIs, Git, and basic software development practices.
- Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications and creative production workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.
- Familiarity with Adobe ExtendScript or UXP scripting for Creative Cloud automation is a strong plus.
