About the role

Supports deployment and construction project teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and quality standards are met. This role involves data entry, tracking, documentation management, and hands-on coordination with vendors to support RAN and Microwave deployment activities. The coordinator performs quality control oversight, tracks inventory and project milestones, and ensures compliance with company and vendor requirements. Onsite position in Fort Morgan, Colorado.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track seed stock inventory, including processing and coordinating material exchanges to support deployment activities
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of pre-construction submissions from vendors
  • Maintain and organize project documentation for deployment initiatives
  • Review and approve quotes
  • Process and issue Notices to Proceed (NTPs) for RAN and Microwave deployment projects to ensure timely execution
  • Track decommissioning activities, including proof of delivery, closeout documents, and completion packages
  • Perform quality control audits on vendor work to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements within QuickBase
  • Support and execute QuickBase projects, including system testing, troubleshooting, configuring notifications, and creating reports
  • Coordinate effectively between internal teams and vendors to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time project delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to seek out new tasks when assignments are completed
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating material ordering and deliveries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; QuickBase experience highly preferred
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and a desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to teamwork with a positive, cooperative attitude and willingness to support others across the organization

Qualifications

  • Three or more years’ experience in telecommunications, including understanding tower installation of antenna, radios, dishes, and brackets, and knowledge of shelter equipment such as power systems, cable lacing, racks, Microwave radios, and basebands
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including motor vehicle record, background, and substance screening
