About the role

The Joint Warfighting Instructor/Curriculum Developer – USSF Guardian Enlisted Training position is responsible for developing and delivering training curricula that enhance the warfighting capabilities of the United States Space Force (USSF) Guardians. This role also involves assessing the effectiveness of current training programs and making recommendations for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training curricula for USSF Guardians on joint warfighting topics.
• Assess the effectiveness of current training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other instructors and trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in space warfare and incorporate these into the curriculum.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as military science, education, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in military training or curriculum development.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience with USSF Guardian operations and concepts.
