About the role
The Space Intelligence Instructor/Curriculum Developer – USSF Guardian Enlisted Training position is responsible for developing and delivering curriculum for space intelligence training programs. This includes designing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, and facilitating classroom instruction. The role also involves assessing student performance and providing feedback.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver comprehensive space intelligence training curricula for enlisted personnel.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain instructional materials, including handouts, videos, and simulations.
- Facilitate classroom instruction and lead discussions on space intelligence topics.
- Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality of training materials.
- Stay current with advancements in space intelligence and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field such as aerospace engineering, physics, or related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in space intelligence or related field.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience teaching or developing curricula for military or government agencies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with educational technology tools.
- Knowledge of space domain awareness principles and operations.
- Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
