About the role

The USSF Guardian Enlisted Training program is seeking experienced instructors and curriculum developers in various warfare areas including Orbital Warfare, Modeling and Simulation, Cyberspace Operations, Navigation Warfare, and Missile Warning. These positions are critical to the training and readiness of the United States Space Force (USSF).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training curricula that align with USSF mission objectives.
  • Conduct classroom instruction and practical exercises to enhance student understanding and proficiency.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve training effectiveness.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate new knowledge into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure comprehensive coverage of all required topics.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of space operations or related disciplines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching at the enlisted level in a military or civilian setting.
  • Knowledge of space operations, including orbital mechanics, satellite systems, and space situational awareness.
  • Experience with simulation and modeling tools relevant to space operations.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and their application to space systems.
  • Experience in navigation and missile warning systems.

Skills

  • Excellent instructional design and delivery skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

Employment with Aleut Federal LLC offers competitive compensation packages, including salary ranges from $85,000 to $225,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Pay

Salaries range from $149,182 to $172,433 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

Positions are full-time and involve regular classroom instruction and practical exercises. Specific schedules will be determined based on the needs of the training program.
