About the role
The Space Battle Management (SBM) Instructor/Curriculum Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the USSF Guardian. The position requires a strong background in space operations and curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for the USSF Guardian
- Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum is current and relevant
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees
Requirements
- Security Clearance required
- Experience in space operations and curriculum development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Military Science)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in space operations and/or curriculum development
- Knowledge of space battle management principles and practices
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
