About the role

The Space Battle Management (SBM) Instructor/Curriculum Developer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the USSF Guardian. The position requires a strong background in space operations and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs for the USSF Guardian
  • Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum is current and relevant
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to trainees

Requirements

  • Security Clearance required
  • Experience in space operations and curriculum development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Military Science)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in space operations and/or curriculum development
  • Knowledge of space battle management principles and practices

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
