Exercises/Wargaming Instructor/Curriculum Developer - USSF Guard with Security Clearance

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum for missile warning, joint warfighting, space fundamentals, cyberspace operations, and space intelligence courses for the United States Strategic Command (USSF) Guardians. This position requires a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum materials for various courses related to missile warning, joint warfighting, space fundamentals, cyberspace operations, and space intelligence.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for USSF Guardians.
• Evaluate and improve existing curriculum based on feedback and new developments in the field.
• Collaborate with other instructors and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and quality across all courses.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as education, curriculum development, or a STEM discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in curriculum development and/or teaching at the college or university level.
• A current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with adult learning principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: missile warning systems, joint warfighting strategies, space operations, cyberspace security, or space intelligence.
• Knowledge of relevant military doctrine and operational concepts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other educational software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

• $149,182 per year for Missile Warning Instructor/Curriculum Developer
• $130,257 per year for Joint Warfighting Instructor/Curriculum Developer
• $185,535 per year for Space Fundamentals Instructor/Curriculum Developer
• $171,919 per year for Cyberspace Operations Instructor/Curriculum Developer
• $191,661 per year for Space Intelligence Instructor/Curriculum Developer
