How It Works Work in our shop full-time under experienced technicians. Travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for 1 week each month for in-class instruction and hands-on learning. (Travel, Food, Lodging, and Class is all paid for) Return to the shop and apply what you learned. Repeat for 2-3 years (2 years with prior mechanic experience, 3 years with none). NEED TOOLS? -- We have a $3,000 and $7,500 package for you to choose from. Work for us for 3 years and the tools are yours.
