Apprenticeship: John Deere Technician - Roscoe, SD
About the role
C & B Operations runs 38 John Deere dealership locations across six states. This apprenticeship program transforms entry‑level candidates into certified John Deere technicians through a combination of full‑time shop work and monthly classroom instruction.
You’ll work full‑time in the shop under experienced technicians, then travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for one week each month for paid in‑class and hands‑on training (travel, food, lodging, and tuition covered). The cycle repeats for two to three years — two years if you have prior mechanic experience, three years if you don’t. Upon completion you earn a John Deere Apprenticeship Certification.
