Responsibilities
- Lead and manage legal operations consulting teams for high-quality outcomes
- Develop and execute consulting plans, setting timelines and budgets
- Cook up stakeholder engagement to gather consulting requirements
- Maintain project progress and adjust plans as needed
- Identify and address potential risks to project success
- Cultivate a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 10+ years in legal operations consulting or similar field
- Experience leading legal operations teams on large projects is preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills are essential
- PREFERRED: CLOP or equivalent certification
