Responsibilities
- Lead the Account Management team and manage tier 1 ecosystem partners
- Implement and optimize management processes to ensure excellence
- Drive engagement with regulated asset issuers and financial institutions
- Identify and pitch high-growth opportunities to existing partners
- Provide insights on market trends and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partners
- Educate stakeholders on the company’s technical advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in business development or account management within financial services, capital markets, or asset management
- Deep knowledge of the asset lifecycle, including issuance and trading
- Experience with blockchain and tokenization
- Ability to manage complex relationships with institutional partners
- Strategic thinking in identifying emerging blockchain opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences
