Responsibilities

  • Lead the Account Management team and manage tier 1 ecosystem partners
  • Implement and optimize management processes to ensure excellence
  • Drive engagement with regulated asset issuers and financial institutions
  • Identify and pitch high-growth opportunities to existing partners
  • Provide insights on market trends and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partners
  • Educate stakeholders on the company’s technical advantages

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in business development or account management within financial services, capital markets, or asset management
  • Deep knowledge of the asset lifecycle, including issuance and trading
  • Experience with blockchain and tokenization
  • Ability to manage complex relationships with institutional partners
  • Strategic thinking in identifying emerging blockchain opportunities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for varied audiences
