Senior Director, Account Management

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Account Management to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Energy & Utilities environment.
