Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor and advocate
- Execute contract renewals with a target of less than 5% revenue write-down on base renewals
- Target 15% annual growth across assigned book of business through up/cross-selling
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing, service changes, and issue resolution
- Conduct quarterly client-facing business reviews (QBRs)
- Cookordination with internal teams to ensure a best-in-class client experience
- Perform client site visits as needed
- Stay informed on product offerings and recommend solutions aligned to client needs
Book of Business
- Approximately 100 accounts across multiple industries
- Approximately $4M in total ARR
Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Unlimited commission structure: ~1% of Total Contract Value (TCV) for renewals and ~4% of TCV for new/cross-sell opportunities
- Commissions are paid on Total Contract Value at the time of first billing, allowing for accelerated earnings
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management
- Experience in a quota-bearing role with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience at a Managed IT Services Provider (MSP) strongly preferred
- Ability to manage both business and technical conversations with clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage a high-volume book of business in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
