JBC-J Rotation 3rd Shift

About the Role

This position involves rotating through multiple stations on the production line, performing a variety of tasks to ensure product quality and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.
• Count the correct number of products to be packaged.
• Bag and package finished products for distribution.
• Load and unload product racks.
• Operate and maintain production equipment such as laminating, slitting, and die-cutting machines.
• Rotate throughout the department during work hours and break times.
• Fill and pack bags up to 50 lbs. with product as needed.
• Move bags from the line to conveyor or pallet.
• Dump product according to specification into a blender to be mixed.
• Provide samples of products as required for quality control.
• Assist in a lead role as needed, mastering department systems and processes.
• Prepare and complete paperwork as required for records.
• Report equipment, quality, and other issues as appropriate.
• Assist fellow team members with job tasks as required.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, work area, and other plant areas as assigned.
• Follow production schedules and procedures.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work safely and follow all company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet goals.
• Complete production documentation as required.
• Perform other activities, special tasks, and projects upon request from a manager.

Work Environment

The job is performed on the production floor area where the person will be exposed to strong aromas, airborne dust particles from ingredients, and will operate or be near machinery.

Pay

Pay range from $20.21 - $25.27 an hour.
