JBC- Rack Loader 3rd Shift

Essential Functions

• Lifts hot 25-pound loaves of bread from conveyor and places it on the racks.
• Frequently pushes/pulls of full racks into their correct order.
• Ensure batch numbers and product code on the labels match.
• Returns any unused label back to the supervisor so that it can be recorded.
• Performs department Sanitation as needed (Dry cleaning/Wet Washing).
• Detect any malfunction and report it to the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety requirements and company policies.
• Report all shortage to the lead operator.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Salary

Salary Starting at $19.18- $22.57 an hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, training or experience (GED)
• The employee will be required to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• The employee will regularly lift, bend, push, and pull.
• Able to communicate well, both verbal and written, also with good mathematical skills.

Work Environment

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment;
• Follow proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures when required.
• Follow all safety rules, food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company policies.
• Report shortages, inconsistencies, or quality concerns to the lead operator or supervisor.
