Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot issues involving Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPN, email, and business applications
- Image, deploy, and inventory computer equipment
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- Aid remote users using remote assistance tools
- Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures within the IT ticketing system
- Assist with workstation upgrades, equipment moves, and technology refresh projects
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary
- Help identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of desktop support or help desk experience
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Experience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and common desktop hardware
- Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter who works well both independently and with a team
