IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various locations.
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.
• Manage and maintain end‑user assets (desktops, laptops, mobile devices); oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with the IT Service Center and other IT groups to provide responsive issue support and efficiently escalate matters to appropriate team members.
• Provide accurate incident and problem management reporting using the IT Service Center ticketing system.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3+ years of specific experience.

Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree.
