We are looking for a proactive, autonomous IT Specialist to join our global technology team. In this role, you’ll be the operational engine behind our US employee tech experience, keeping our tools running smoothly, resolving day-to-day challenges, and delivering top-tier support.

Responsibilities

• End-User & Executive Support: Be the primary contact for technical issues, resolving incidents via our ITSM platform and delivering VIP support for leadership.
• Device & Identity Lifecycle: Configure, deploy, and decommission hardware (macOS/Windows) while managing user provisioning across M365 and Google Workspace.
• Network & SaaS Support: Troubleshoot connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN), AV meeting systems, and collaboration platforms.
• Continuous Improvement: Streamline IT processes, update technical documentation, and identify opportunities for automation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Corporate IT Operations.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across Windows & macOS, alongside Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Solid understanding of network basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) and identity/access management.
• Exceptional customer service mindset, high accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Degree/Certification in IT or equivalent practical experience.

Nice-to-Haves

• Certifications: CompTIA, Microsoft, Google Workspace, or ITIL Foundation.
• Experience supporting distributed, remote, or international teams.
