About the role
Plan and manage IT projects supporting automotive manufacturing and business processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, IT).
Ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality targets.
Support digitalization of production systems.
Monitor project progress and manage risks or technical issues.
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and plant departments.
Prepare project reports, KPIs, and follow-up dashboards.
Ensure compliance with automotive standards and internal procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of IT systems in production.

Requirements
- Proven experience in IT Project Management.
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with ITIL or similar frameworks preferred.
- Fluency in French and English (other languages may be required based on location).
